Publication Informations

The proceedings will be published by Sidestone Press (https://www.sidestone.com/). The book will be available in hard copies and readable online for free.

The publication is restricted to authors who responded in time to the call. For the coherence of the book, we recommend that authors write their articles in English. However, as we are aware of the inherent language constraints, articles in French or Spanish are also accepted. The maximum text limit is 6000 words, all included (including abstract, main text, references, excl. figures).

The deadline to submit you paper is 31 August 2023. After the submission, we will start the review of your paper with the Scientific Committee.

General outline:

□ Title
□ Author(s) names
□ Abstract (max. 300 words)
□ Keywords (between 3 and 6)
□ Main text. Authors are themselves responsible for the production of a correct
English/French/Spanish text and preferably correction by native speakers.
□ A maximum of 5 figures (3 colors; 2 greyscale) and 2 tables
□ Only footnotes are allowed. Use the standard MS Word footnotes options with automated
numbering
□ Acknowledgements with funding mentions
□ References
□ Notes on contributor (name, Affiliation; address + e-mail)
